How fast do orders ship?

Mugs are printed in our LA studio and ship in 1–3 business days. Larger 15oz mugs and shirts are printed by a partner and take 3–5 business days before shipping.

Is shipping free?

Cards, stickers and magnets ship free by USPS flat mail in 3–10 business days, without tracking. First Class (3–5 days, tracked) and Priority (1–3 days, tracked) upgrades are available at checkout.

Do you ship outside the US?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose at checkout.

Can I return or exchange something?

Yes. Email thereisnostore@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery, then send the item back within 7 days. You can cancel within 24 hours of ordering. Clothing, custom orders, digital downloads and sale items can't be returned unless they arrive damaged. Return shipping is paid by the buyer.

Do you make custom cards?

Yes! Email thereisnostore@gmail.com or use the contact form with your idea and when you need it. Custom orders can't be returned.
